SHIPPING TO THE USA – The Royal Mail has created a new PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) service, which will calculate exact costs at the moment we book your shipping. While we are happy to absorb some of the costs, if the cost of the pre-paid duty is significantly more than what you have paid when placing your order, we will be in touch to request the balance is covered by you.

Returns policy
Customers hold the right to return a product for a full refund if I am notified within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, please contact me immediately with details of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.

Replacements and refunds
My first course of action for faulty items is to replace them like-for-like. If this is not possible, a full refund will be considered as an alternative.
If returned within the 30-day period, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a product is proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.
About the WALRUS AUDIO Eras
The Walrus Audio Eras is a no apologies, high-gain distortion that’s ready to chug, shred, and palm mute with tight response and multiple clipping options. The Blend control gives you total accuracy to dial in your clean or pre-Eras dirt sound with the Eras distortion, making it a super-versatile - and super-heavy- distortion.
Eras Controls
Max out the Blend control for a full distortion onslaught or roll it back and stack it with other dirt pedals in front. The Walrus Audio Eras is great for bassists that want to blend in their dry signal as well. Anywhere you set it, the Eras is ready to deliver a diverse world of speaker ripping sounds.
The Bass and Treble controls are active, giving you tons of flexibility and power.
Eras Modes
The Eras features a five-position rotary control to give you five different clipping options.
I (Tight)
Tight mode is a hard-clipping LED with a slight mid-cut and internal volume control. Giving the fastest response of all the modes, it's great for palm muting.
II (Tight)
The second Tight mode has a slight mid-cut and silicon hard clipping. It gives a smooth, more compressed sound.
III (Dual Clipping)
This Dual-Clipping mode has a slight mid-cut with both silicon and LED hard clipping. It gives a rich and full sound with plenty of sustain.
IV (Rhythm)
The Rhythm mode features a deeper mid-cut with LED hard clipping and internal volume control. The scooped mids and tight response make this great for heavy rock and metal rhythm.
V (Rhythm)
This second Rhythm mode also has a deep mid-cut but with silicon hard clipping for a warm, full character. Like Mode IV, it's great for heavy rock and metal rhythm but with less aggression.
