Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.
Once I have confirmed that I will process your return, please send the item to:

It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.
The Signal Cheyne B6K Parallel Compressor is a studio-grade OTA compressor with a comprehensive suite of controls including an internal pre-compression signal cut to prevent clipping. Go from always-on subtle sustainer to full-on squash thanks to its parallel dry blend circuit.
Compressors typically go first or very near the beginning of the signal chain, and so the B6K includes an ultra-clean buffer: even when off, the pedal will take the high impedance signal from your guitar and lower it to drive it along long cables or through multi-pedal set-ups with no high-end signal loss. The buffer brings back the sparkle, as if you were plugged directly into your amp.
You can run the B6K at up to 18V if you want the highest headroom possible.
Comp Adjusts the level of compression. Turn clockwise for more compression, meaning the quietest parts of your signal will be amplified, and the loudest parts attenuated.
Blend Use the Blend to add in your dry, uncompressed signal in parallel with the compressed signal. This parallel compression technique is used in recording studios on everything from guitars to bass and drums to achieve greater dynamics than you could achieve with the compressed signal alone. Your signal will not be as compressed but you have the advantage of getting more sustain.
Volume Adjusts the output volume of the pedal.
Attack Sets how fast the compressor starts compressing. Faster times (clockwise) let less signal through before compressing. Slower times (anti-clockwise) will take longer to act. This is an important tool for adjusting the feel of your compression, and also for preserving the vitality of your sound.
Release As for Attack, but affects the speed at which the compression stops.
Tone A handy knob for tweaking the compressed sound, as compression can affect the balance of frequencies leading to excessive bass.
