Customers hold the right to return a product for a full refund if I am notified within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, please contact me immediately with details of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.
Once I have confirmed that I will process your return, please send the item to:

My first course of action for faulty items is to replace them like-for-like. If this is not possible, a full refund will be considered as an alternative.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a product is proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.
The Walrus Audio Slö is a multi-texture reverb, perfect for creating lush, modulated, dreamy ambient soundscapes. The toggle switch allows you to select from 3 different reverb modes: Dark (Lower Octave), Rise (Ambient Swell) and Dream (Latching Pad) to create deep modulation with long, washy trails.
A secondary function allow you to switch between different wave shapes for the modulation on the reverb trail.
Dark mode adds a lower octave to your reverb trail. Create deep and wide atmospheric sounds and channel nightmarish soundscapes.
The X control sets the level of a -1 octave signal that feeds the reverb.
Rise mode is an auto-swell reverb which creates beautiful cinematic swells.
The X control sets the amount of time it takes the reverb to swell in after a note is played. Set it lower for shorter rise times and higher for longer rise times.
Dream mode provides a lush reverb with a latching pad function. Press the Sustain footswitch to latch the signal.
The X control sets the depth of vibrato applied to the reverb trail. Experiment with the X control to add vibrato over the pad. Press the Sustain footswitch again and the pad will decrescendo according to where the decay knob is set.
The Walrus Audio Slö also features 3 different wave shapes, accessible by holding down the Bypass footswitch while changing mode.
Smooth and even pitch with up and down modulation.
Asymmetric pitch-up modulation similar to a warped record.
Asymmetric pitch-down modulation for a sinking detune effect.
When the pedal is powered but off, press and hold the Bypass footswitch to temporarily activate the pedal for a splash of reverb. Releasing the footswitch turns the effect off and fades it out.
Press the Sustain footswitch for long, dreamy reverb trails which ramp up to near-infinite until released, and then ramp back down to the value of the Decay setting.
In Dream mode, the Sustain switch is latching. Press it once to capture and sustain the current reverb decay for extremely long pad-like sounds. Press it again to let the reverb trail taper off, based on the position of the Decay control.
The Walrus Audio Slö can run with or without trails. In Trails mode, when you turn the pedal off the reverb decay dies off naturally. In No Trails mode, the decay is abruptly cut off when you turn the pedal off. Toggle between modes by holding down the Bypass footswitch for 1 second while applying power to the pedal. Unplug power and repeat to toggle the other mode.
