SHIPPING TO THE USA – The Royal Mail has created a new PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) service, which will calculate exact costs at the moment we book your shipping. While we are happy to absorb some of the costs, if the cost of the pre-paid duty is significantly more than what you have paid when placing your order, we will be in touch to request the balance is covered by you.

Customers hold the right to return a product for a full refund if I am notified within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, please contact me immediately with details of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.

My first course of action for faulty items is to replace them like-for-like. If this is not possible, a full refund will be considered as an alternative.
If returned within the 30-day period, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a product is proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.
A distortion pedal influenced by the raucous Proco Rat, the Lichtlaerm Audio .Ritual. was inspired by a customer request for a pedal that captured the sound of Post-Metal band, Amenra, who gave their official seal of approval to the project once they saw and heard the results.
As Lichtlaerm Audio's Daniel Ringl says: “This thing gives you anything from early Darkthrone up to Sunn O)))-like walls of drone, yet is best suited for Neurosis, Isis, Amenra-type sounds that have become synonymous with the term Post Metal!”
The classic Rat formula has been expanded and built upon with an active 3-band baxandall-style tonestack with up to ±18dB cut/boost per band, and higher output with more range on the Gain control. The 9V power is internally converted to 27V for outstanding headroom.
This version is the newset update of Lichtlaerm Audio's popular distortion pedal, with a sweepable Era mini-pot. In addition, the Cut control is now also a mini-pot, making way for a Mids control not seen in the previous version.
Range Adjusts the frequency response of the independent Boost (which offers up to +35dB of boost). Select from a full-range boost, mid-boost, or a treble-boost which cleans up the low end and adds plenty of harmonics.
Era A really cool feature, this mini-pot takes you from classic "White Face" Rat to a Turbo Rat, while in-between settings on the dial provide plenty of great - and very useable - sounds.
Cut This mini-pot cuts the lower frequencies, below 1.5kHz, with more of a dB cut as you turn the pot clockwise. Used in conjunction with the 3-band active EQ, it's possible to dial in a really biting tone that cuts through a mix and doesn't rob energy from the bass and drums.
