About the SIGNAL CHEYNE Stellar 6 Stage Phaser
The Signal Cheyne Stellar is a 6-stage Phaser with a beautifully simple yet effective 4-control layout. Phasers are fantastic for everything from over the top 1980s rock and metal, to beautiful 3D clean and crunch sounds - think Incubus' Nowhere Fast.
Stellar Controls
Res Adjusts the intensity of the phaser effect by injecting the modulated signal back into the OTA circuit.
Vol Adjusts the output volume of the pedal. Set to 12:00 for unity gain; higher settings boost the signal to achieve a more in-your-face effect or even push your amp.
Speed Sets the speed of the phaser effect, from 250ms to 24 seconds!
Width Adjusts the peak frequency in the phase sweep. Wider sweep settings emphasise upper frequencies, giving your sound more prominence in the mix.
