Returns policy
Customers hold the right to return a product for a full refund if I am notified within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, please contact me immediately with details of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.

Replacements and refunds
My first course of action for faulty items is to replace them like-for-like. If this is not possible, a full refund will be considered as an alternative.
If returned within the 30-day period, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a product is proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.

At its core, the Ragnarøk operates on a high-voltage design to ensure maximum headroom and authentic valve compression. It ships with NOS 6n2P preamp valves, but was designed with tweakers in mind: an internal switch allows you to seamlessly swap in standard ECC83/12AX7s to fine-tune your gain structure.

Sonically, the Ragnarøk pedal draws inspiration from the lead channels of Lichtlaerm’s flagship Prometheus amplifier, re-imagined with a distinctly American voicing and a plate-driven tone-stack.

How to use the Ragnarøk
The Ragnarøk is engineered to adapt to modern live and studio workflows.
Front of Amp Run the Ragnarøk into a clean pedal platform to instantly add two dedicated gain channels, utilising the pedal's switchable 3- and 4-stage gain modes. Alternatively, use it as a harmonically rich Boost to push an already-driven amp over the edge.
Preamp Mode Want to go direct? Switch to Preamp mode, dial in the internal amp-style EQ, and run the Ragnarøk straight into a power amp, cab-sim, or audio interface. It’s a completely self-contained, valve-driven front end for your rig.
Precision tone sculpting
Sculpting your sound is intuitive thanks to Lichtlaerm’s proprietary "Cut" control. Rather than just rolling off some treble, the Cut knob allows you to dictate the character of the distortion, seamlessly transitioning between thick, low-end sludge and tight, percussive modern Metal tones.
