SHIPPING TO THE USA – The Royal Mail has created a new PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) service, which will calculate exact costs at the moment we book your shipping. While we are happy to absorb some of the costs, if the cost of the pre-paid duty is significantly more than what you have paid when placing your order, we will be in touch to request the balance is covered by you.

Returns policy
Customers hold the right to return a product for a full refund if I am notified within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, please contact me immediately with details of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, the cost of return delivery is to be paid by the customer. This will be reimbursed if the item is shown to be faulty.
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer, and please do not send any items to me without contacting me first.

Replacements and refunds
My first course of action for faulty items is to replace them like-for-like. If this is not possible, a full refund will be considered as an alternative.
If returned within the 30-day period, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a product is proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
It is recommended that items should be returned using a trackable shipping service in case the item goes missing en route.

Lichtlaerm Audio's As Above So Below isn’t just a Reverb; it's capable of summoning endless, otherworldly soundscapes where rich harmonics swirl and shift, suspended in time and space.
Even without invoking its octave-shifting powers, it conjures immersive environments that stretch way beyond the horizon. But start turning the controls and it becomes something else entirely!
As Above So Below basic controls
At its heart lies its signature Reverb architecture – rich, immersive, and infinitely shapeable.
The Dampen control lets you smooth out the highs for vintage bloom or glassy shimmer.
The Wet/Dry blend moves fluidly from subtle ambiance to complete, Reverb-drenched soundscapes.
The Level control, with up to +6dB of boost, lets you rise above the mix or plunge deeper into it.
Need infinite decay? Hold the Freeze footswitch and the Reverb suspends in time, creating pads that can be played over for some beautifully eternal ambient lines.
A dedicated Send & Return loop allows re-routing of the Reverb path through your favourite outboard effects.
Switchable Spillover ensures seamless transitions between presets or bypass.

What truly sets the As Above So Below apart is its transformative octave architecture - and that's what you're here for, right?!
Above Lifts the Reverb into angelic territory, adding a glistening high octave that floats like a halo over the core signal.
Below Pulls your sound down into the depths; a slow, droning sub-octave that can be offset in time using the X-Control, creating massive, breathing harmonic movement.
Both Dual octaves, both upper and lower, colliding in a wash of haunting harmonic richness.
An Expression input allows for real-time control over the octave effects.
A little bit of mystery...and a lot of control
Part of the As Above So Below's charm is discovering its depths, and for those eager to explore, the X and Y controls offer a vast range of sonic possibilities.
Above/ Below In “Above” or “Below” modes, X controls the pre-delay, and Y controls the octave level.
Both In "Both" mode, X controls the level of the sub-octave, and Y controls the upper-octave level.
